Riding Lights in Stratford!
On Tuesday 31st March at 7.30, and Wednesday 1st April at 2.30 (in Holy Week) the URC in Stratford-upon-Avon will be sponsoring and hosting a Passion play. SCC is proud to be part of CTEC (Churches together in Earlsdon, Chapelfields and Coundon). During Lent we share a series of simple lunches as an act of Lenten fellowship. Everybody is welcome to attend!
Lent Course 2026
The ‘Lent: In the desert’ in-person study groups hosted at Ansty Road URC have now started, and yesterday the Zoom version was launched with people from different parts of the country joining in! Both the Tuesday and Wednesday sessions start at 7.30
Lent study groups begin on Tuesday 17th February via Zoom. If you are interested in joining, please email simon@bagintonroadurc.org.uk In-person groups will take place at 7.30 every Wednesday in Lent at Ansty Road URC.
Charity Focus 2026
Our charity focus for this year will be Bardsley Youth Project, a very local organisation which supports young people aged 16-25 suffering, or at risk of suffering, homelessness. Find out more via the COMMUNITY page.
December 2025 Roundup
From Christmas parties to carols by candlelight, from supermarket carol singing and café-style Christmas Eve to the celebrations of Christmas Day, SCC’s fellowship was in full swing through December! We’d like to thank everybody who took part in any way, as, alongside the jollity, we remembered the REAL reason for the season!
