Lord, in this first month of the new year we offer you You praise and thanksgiving; we reflect on all that has happened within our church family over the previous year.
We give thanks for fellowship and friendship, but we also remember and give thanks for those who we love but see no more; we pray that we will uphold the legacy that they bestowed upon us.
We look forward to the year ahead in hope, trust and faith. We bow our heads in humble gratitude for all that has been, and lift our hearts to heaven for all that will be; and we thank You, Lord, for all that You are.
