On Tuesday 31st March at 7.30, and Wednesday 1st April at 2.30 (in Holy Week) the URC in Stratford-upon-Avon will be sponsoring and hosting a Passion play. The Bear Pit Theatre is housed in their church hall, behind the church in Rother Street. Riding Lights is a well-known Christian theatre company from West Yorkshire.
The play focuses on the days leading up to the crucifixion and resurrection. It’s a dramatic tale, seen through the eyes of Lazarus, a man struggling with faith, doubt, fear and hope.
